On a local Harwinton thread someone asked for recommendations for a fuel service. Nine out of 10 of the recommendations were for this company. Update to my original post - we needed emergency service on Christmas Eve - woke up to no heat and had people coming over that afternoon. Great service! Answered a post I put up desperate for a repair and with in minutes responded. Then after a five minute phone call he was on the road heading my way. Great service! Johnnie was thorough and recommended some very inexpensive preventive maintenance that saved us a potentially big headache down the road. First time I've had someone bring a shop vac in to do a furnace cleaning! And Dana at the office is cheerful and explained our options very clearly. We already switched our fuel delivery to them too, much cheaper than our old company -- and publicly posted price per gallon, unlike the old company that offered to match Jasinski, a reduction of 20%, after I called to cancel! I used Johnnie last year to clean and repair my furnace after I had a back-up. He got to the bottom of it and suggested treatment of the oil tank and part replacement at that time. This was my first full year under Jasinski Fuel Service, LLC.
Now, 1 year later, 2016, he came back to do the regular annual cleaning. To my surprise, the time it took was so much shorter, due to what he had done in 2015. I have never had anyone clean my furnace as thoroughly as he did. I won’t have anyone else but him going forward. He fully explains what is going on and tells you his recommendations. He also explains in detail what he has done and shows you the replaced or damaged parts. Johnnie goes above and beyond to help “his” customer understand what is going on, what to pay attention to and what to do about it. He is honest and gives concrete advice.
